These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Aafiyah Digital’s website, services, and automation systems.

1. Services

Aafiyah Digital provides ethical marketing automations, funnel systems, messaging integrations, and technical services as agreed upon with each client.

Services may include websites, booking flows, biolink systems, comment-to-DM webhook automations for Instagram and Facebook, and related messaging or lead-routing infrastructure.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients retain ownership of their content and data. Access credentials must be kept secure.

4. Fees & Payments

Fees are agreed before work begins. Setup fees, retainers, or subscriptions may apply. Payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, unless otherwise stated.

5. Third-Party Platforms

We are not responsible for changes, restrictions, or outages caused by third-party platforms.

Some customer-facing booking journeys delivered as part of client workflows may be hosted on app.hijama.bio and operated by Aafiyah Digital as part of the agreed service setup.

Clients are responsible for complying with Meta, Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email, and payment platform policies when using connected automations. Aafiyah Digital may suspend or refuse implementation where a workflow appears to breach platform rules, privacy expectations, or anti-spam requirements.

6. Limitation of Liability

Liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.
