This includes website enquiries, client communications, CRM and automation workflows, and Meta app features used for Instagram and Facebook comment-to-DM workflows, webhook-triggered automations, and related messaging systems requested by connected page or account owners.
We do not sell, rent, trade, or exploit personal data.
Our systems may integrate with Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, email delivery providers, payment platforms, and customer-facing booking experiences. Aafiyah Digital operates the automation system, and some client journeys may direct users to booking experiences hosted on app.hijama.bio.
Data received from these platforms is used solely for the intended service or automation purpose and handled in accordance with applicable platform policies.
Aafiyah Digital Automation integrates with the Facebook Graph API and Instagram Graph API to automate responses to Page comments, post interactions, and direct messages for connected businesses.
This data is processed only to detect trigger comments, send the configured reply or direct message, deliver a requested booking link, troubleshoot failures, and protect the system from abuse. In some cases, data may be processed in connection with linked booking journeys, including when a private message contains a booking link for a client service flow hosted on app.hijama.bio.
Webhook, comment, message, and related delivery log data is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the requested automation, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and comply with legal obligations.
Aafiyah Digital processes this data on behalf of the business using the automation. The purpose is limited to replying, routing, and fulfilling the requested workflow, and Meta-derived data is not used for advertising, profiling, audience building, resale, or unrelated marketing.
Clients retain ownership of their data at all times. Our systems are designed to minimise data retention, avoid unnecessary tracking, and reduce platform lock-in.
We use minimal cookies and analytics strictly for performance and reliability. No invasive tracking, profiling, or data brokering is used.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect information against unauthorised access, misuse, or loss.

Please include your Facebook or Instagram profile name, the platform involved, the approximate date of the interaction, and any relevant comment, message, booking link, or business details that will help us identify the record. We begin processing once the request contains enough information to identify the relevant interaction.
