Aafiyah Digital respects your privacy and your right to control your data. This page explains how you can request the deletion of personal data that may be processed through our website, client communications, automations, and connected platform workflows.

What data may be processed

Depending on the service or automation in use, we may process limited data such as: names, social media usernames, comments, messages, webhook event data, booking-flow details, or email addresses submitted voluntarily through forms, enquiries, and automations. We do not sell, rent, or exploit personal data.

This can include Facebook and Instagram comment-to-DM webhook events, public comment text, message content, platform-scoped account identifiers, and linked booking-journey data where a workflow directs someone to a customer-facing page hosted on app.hijama.bio.

What happens after a request

Once we receive a request with enough information to identify the relevant interaction, we may verify identity where reasonably necessary, locate the applicable records, and delete personal data stored in our systems unless retention is required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance.

Processing timeframe

We begin processing once the request contains enough information to identify the relevant interaction. Deletion requests are typically handled within 7-30 days, unless legal, security, or fraud-prevention obligations require limited temporary retention.

Automation & third-party platforms

Some automations rely on third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook, Instagram), payment processors, email providers, or linked booking pages. Aafiyah Digital can delete applicable data from its own systems, while some data that remains on Meta platforms or other third-party services may also need to be managed directly through those platforms.
